How It All Started
Like everybody moving to online fitness we liked the freedom and flexibility of being able to exercise on our own terms. We love our gyms and weekly classes but a few times a week, maybe at home late at night or travelling with work, we would sneak off for a quick HIIT or yoga class. We realized it wasn’t as good as being in our normal classes. What we wanted was the classes we love from trainers we already know and respect. What was missing was the platform to provide this, hence Vex fitness was born.
